Lisa Brawley

Lisa Brawley teaches critical urban studies, and Feminist and Queer theory at Vassar College as the Anne McNiff Tatlock ‘61 Chair for Multidisciplinary Studies. Co-author of D’Apres Nature, a book on urban park design, democracy and agricultural modernity in the 19th century US. Her work engages capitalist urbanization and the struggle for a just city.
