Saskia Hebert
Saskia Hebert was trained as an architect in Hamburg and Berlin. 2000 she founded her office subsolar* architektur & stadtforschung together with Matthias Lohmann and started teaching at TU Berlin. After finishing her PhD, she operated the lived/space/lab at the University of the Arts in Berlin from 2012 to 2015. Since then, Saskia is teaching in the Masters programme of Transformation Design at Braunschweig University of the Arts. She co-authored the book „un/certain futures“ (2017) with Marius Förster, Mona Hofmann and Wolfgang Jonas and the „FUTURZWEI Zukunftsalmanach 2017/18“ (2016) with Dana Giesecke and Harald Welzer. In her work she experiments with different participative formats at the interface between research, education and practice.
